Virtual Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant.

Basic Function:

To provide operational support working remotely in social media marketing and administration role. You’ll have a steady approach to work; enjoy processes, repetitive tasks, attention to detail and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the CEO and the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Events
    • Event booking reminders
    • Add events to different platforms
    • Process registration for the bookings from the sales team
    • Prepare event materials for printing
    • Create feedback forms
    • Organise speakers, mentors and sponsors for events
    • Solve member problems regarding events and bookings
  • Social media
    • Social media scheduling
    • Support marketing team
    • Facebook group management
    • Direct messaging
    • Community engagement
  • Member Management
    • Attendance checking after events
    • Preparing event guest list
    • Managing the 123 success accountability framework for District32 members
  • Within reason you may be required to carry out other tasks that are not documented in your job
  • Maintain operational efficiencies by following policies and procedures and embracing District32
  • Always maintain District32 image and reputation, through digital and all verbal and written communication.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Proficient in MS office and willing to learn new systems
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process
  • Excellent time management
  • Must be able to learn and adapt quickly to a fast paced orgranisation
  • Adherence to schedules and deadlines
