Mia is the CEO of the D32 Business Network - Sunshine Coast
Mia Shilkin is the founder of Mia Casa Property Investment Strategy and has been immersed in the property world for over a decade. Originally from Western Australia, she built a strong foundation in business and networking before relocating to the serene Rainbow Beach in Queensland. Though surrounded by natural beauty, Mia quickly realised the power of connection was missing in her new professional environment. That’s where her journey with D32 began.
After attending several D32 events in Perth and reconnecting with Dean, Mia saw something different—networking that was flexible, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping business owners grow from where they are. With her passion for community and deep understanding of business needs, she brought D32 to the Sunshine Coast to create meaningful opportunities for local entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and professionals.
Mia’s vision for D32 Sunshine Coast is clear: it’s about real people, real support, and real business growth—minus the rigid rules and elevator pitches.
